1- Nature of the data collected

In the context of the use of the Sites, the Publisher is likely to collect the following categories of data concerning its Users: civil status data, identity data, identification data...

2- Communication of personal data to third parties

No communication to third parties. Your data is not the subject of any communication to third parties. However, you are informed that they may be disclosed pursuant to a law, a regulation or a decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority.

3- Prior information for the communication of personal data to third parties in case of merger/absorption

Collection of opt-in (consent) prior to data transmission following a merger/acquisition. In the event that we take part in a merger, acquisition or any other form of disposal of assets, we undertake to obtain your prior consent to the transmission of your personal data and to maintain the level of confidentiality of your personal data to which you have consented.

4- Aggregation of data

Aggregation with non-personal data. We may publish, disclose and use aggregate information (information relating to all our Users or to specific groups or categories of Users that we combine so that an individual User can no longer be identified or mentioned) and non-personal information for industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, promotional and advertising purposes and other commercial purposes.

Aggregation with personal data available on the User’s social accounts. If you connect your account to an account of another service in order to cross-ship, the said service may communicate to us your profile information, login information, as well as any other information that you have authorized disclosure. We may aggregate information about all of our other Users, groups, accounts, personal data available about the User.

5- Identity data collection

Free consultation. Consultation of the Site does not require registration or prior identification. It can be done without you providing any personal data about you (last name, first name, address, etc.). We do not make any registration of personal data for the simple consultation of the Site.

6- Identification data collection

Use of user ID only for access to services. We use your electronic identifiers only for and during the performance of the contract.

7- Terminal data collection

No collection of technical data. We do not collect or store any technical data from your device (IP address,
Internet service provider...).

8- Cookies

Duration of storage of cookies. In accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL, the maximum period of storage of cookies is 13 months at the most after their first deposit in the User’s terminal, as well as the period of validity of the User’s consent to the use of these cookies. The lifespan of cookies is not extended for each visit. The User’s consent must therefore be renewed at the end of this period.

Purpose cookies. Cookies may be used for statistical purposes, in particular to optimize the services rendered to the User, based on the processing of information concerning the frequency of access, the customization of the pages as well as the operations performed and the information consulted.

You are informed that the Editor may place cookies on your device. The cookie stores information related to the navigation of the service (the pages you have consulted, the date and time of the consultation...) that we can read during your subsequent visits.

User’s right to refuse cookies. You acknowledge that you have been informed that the Editor may use cookies. If you do not want cookies to be used on your device, most browsers allow you to disable cookies through the setting options.


9 - Retention of technical data

Duration of retention of technical data. The technical data shall be kept for the period strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes referred to above.

 

10- Retention and anonymisation period

Data retention for the duration of the contractual relationship. In accordance with Article 6-5 of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms, personal data that are the subject of processing are not retained at thebeyond the time necessary for the performance of the obligations defined at the conclusion of the contract or the predefined term of the contractual relationship.

Retention of anonymized data beyond the contractual relationship/ after the account is deleted. We retain personal data for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes described in these Privacy Policies. Beyond this period, they will be anonymised and kept for exclusively statistical purposes and will not give The European Parliament, the Council and the Commission are in agreement with this.

Deletion of data after account deletion. Means of purging data shall be put in place in order to provide for their effective deletion if the retention or archiving period necessary for the fulfilment of the specified or imposed purposes is reached. In accordance with Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you also have the right to delete your data which you can exercise at any time by contacting the Editor.

Deletion of data after 3 years of inactivity. For security reasons, if you have not authenticated on the Site for a period of three years, you will receive an email inviting you to log in as soon as possible, otherwise your data will be deleted from our databases.

 

11- Account Deletion

Deletion of the account on request. The User has the possibility to delete his Account at any time, by simple request to
the Editor OR by the Account deletion menu present in the Account settings if applicable.

Deletion of the account in case of violation of the Privacy Policy. In case of violation of one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy or any other document incorporated herein by reference, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate or restrict without any prior warning and in its sole discretion, your use and access to the services, your account and all the Sites.

12- Indications in the event of a security breach detected by the Publi

User information in case of security breach. We undertake to implement all appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to guarantee an appropriate level of security in view of the risks of accidental, unauthorized or illegal access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction of your personal data. In the event that we become aware of illegal access to your personal data stored on our servers or those of our service providers, or of unauthorized access resulting in the realization of the risks identified aboveon, we undertake to: Notify you of the incident as soon as possible; Examine the causes of the incident and inform you; Take reasonable measures to minimize the adverse effects and harms that may result from the incident.

Limitation of liability. Under no circumstances can the commitments set out in the above paragraph relating to notification in the event of a security breach be assimilated to any recognition of fault or responsibility for the occurrence of the incident in question.

 

13- Transfer of personal data abroad

14- Modification of the privacy policy

In case of modification of this Privacy Policy, commitment not to substantially lower the level of confidentiality without the prior information of the persons concerned We undertake to inform you in the event of a substantial change in this Privacy Policy, and not to substantially reduce the level of confidentiality of your data without informing you and obtaining your consent.

15- Applicable law and rules of appeal

Arbitration clause. You expressly agree that any dispute that may arise as a result of this Privacy Policy, including its interpretation or execution, will be governed by an arbitration procedure subject to the rules of the mutually agreed arbitration platform, which you will fully subscribe to.

 

16- Data portability

Data portability. The Editor undertakes to offer you the possibility to have all the data concerning you returned to you on request. The User is thus guaranteed a better control of his data, and keeps the possibility to reuse them. This data should be provided in an open and easily reusable format. 

Important opinion on data processing in relation to Google Analytics​

This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the body responsible for processing the data collected by this site is based outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland, then the data associated with Google Analytics will be processed by Google LLC (which is headquartered in the United States). Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC are hereinafter referred to as “Google”. Regarding the use of Google Analytics, the data processing is technically provided by Wix. Google Analytics uses «cookies», text files stored on the computer of the visitor of the site, in order to analyze the use of the site by the latter. The information generated by the cookie (including the truncated IP address) on the use of the website is transmitted to and stored by Google.

 

Google Analytics is used exclusively with the extension "_anonymizeIp ()" on this site. The extension guarantees the anonymization of the IP address by truncation and therefore excludes any direct personal reference. With this extension, Google will truncate the IP address of the visitor to the site located in a Member State of the European Union or another signatory state to the European Economic Area agreement. The visitor’s full IP address is only transmitted to Google’s server and truncated in the US in exceptional circumstances. The IP address provided by the visitor’s web browser using Google Analytics will not be combined by Google with other Google data.​

On behalf of Wix and the site operator, Google uses the information collected to evaluate the use of the site, compile reports on the site’s activity and to provide the site operator with other Internet services or in connection with the site (art. 6-1.f of the GDPR). The interest of data processing is justified by the optimization of the site, the analysis of its use and the adaptation of its content, allowed by the statistical function of Wix. The interest of users is duly protected by the pseudonymisation of their data.

Google LLC guarantees to maintain an adequate level of data protection in accordance with standard European contractual clauses. Data sent and linked to Google Analytics cookies, such as user ID and advertising ID, will be automatically deleted after 50 months. Data that have reached the retention deadline are automatically deleted once a month.

 

The visitor of the site can refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate option in the browser. It can also prevent Google from collecting information (including its IP address) through cookies and processing them by downloading the following plug-in and installing it on its Internet browser: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
